The 51st Highland infantry Division suffered 9000 casualties through out the Second World War. They battled through Alamein, Tripoli and Tunis , Sicily, St Valéry, Normandy and The Rhine crossing.

A truly legenday division.

We have a limited stock signed by military medal winner Jeff Haward. Jeff was a Vickers machine gunner who fought with the 51st Division from Dunkirk, El Alamein, Sicily, Normandy and right through North-West Europe.

 

  Normandy Landings by Neil Leonard  

 

The latest release in Neil Leonard's series of prints "Faces of Normandy" is "Normandy Landings", a tribute to the Combined Ops crews that dropped troops, vehicles and other equipment ashore during the Normandy campaign.

 

Available as both signed and unsigned. The signed version carries the signatures of D-day, Normandy veterans that manned and supported Landing Craft.

World War 2 Connection are proud to announce our latest print release. The first of our "Faces Of Normandy" series of prints.

The Print features the portraits of two  surviving crew members of HMS Swift, Harry Card

and Wiliam 'Bill' Thorpe, their images captured as the young men they were when they served aboard her. Also included is a portrait of Skipper Captain John R Gower DSC RN and the ships crest.
